Weight Watchers: Ultimate Belly Series DVD Review
I received a copy of Weight Watchers: Ultimate Belly Series to review. I have to say that I truly enjoy this DVD. It's easy to follow and challenging too. Jennifer Cohen is a leading fitness authority, TV personality, best-selling author, and entrepreneur known for her signature straight-talking approach to wellness. She leads these workouts with confidence and makes them fun. She was the featured trainer on The CW's Shedding for the Wedding and mentored the contestants to lose hundreds of pounds before their big day.
The Ultimate Belly Series includes 3 workouts. They are the 10 minute Ab Toner, 20 minute Ab Flattening Express and the 30 Minute Standing Tone and Burn. Each of these workouts is fun and will get those abs in shape. I like to add the 10 Minute Ab Toner to a 30 minute cardio workout when I have the extra time. Cohen's creative exercises work your abs from every angle, front to back and side to side. A strong core isn't just about flatter abs. it helps with posture, back health and more.
