Weight Watchers: 15 Minute Boot Camp Series DVD Review

Weight Watchers is the world's leading provider of weight management services.  They are branching out into the home fitness segment with some new workout DVDs.  I was lucky enough to get Weight Watcher's: 15 Minute Boot Camp Series to review.  This DVD is available on amazon.com and in stores too.  There are four 15 minute workouts on this DVD.  They include upper body, lower body, core and cardio.  There are modifications shown in each workout for beginner, intermediate and advanced exercisers to follow.

Each workout utilizes compound moves which give the user high calorie burn in less time.  Each segment includes its own warm-up and cool-down.  Light hand weights (3-5 pounds each) are used for the intermediate and advanced levels.  I really enjoy each of these workouts.  I have done them all separately and then 2 or 3 together.  I always feel fitter and stronger when I get done with these workouts.  They are easy to follow and fun!
