Burn Pilates Weights and Cardio with Lisa Corsello Review

Lisa Corsello is the instructor for this Burn Pilates Weights and Cardio DVD.  She is very calm and does a super job of giving the cues.  I find this workout difficult and energizing all at the same time.  I used my 3 lb dumbbells.  It's quite challenging at times.  There are three cardio sections separated by strengthen and tone sections.  This workout is complete.  I have done the entire workout a few times now and I really enjoy it.  Each time I do it I have a great time and really break a sweat.  I was given the chance to review this by Total Fitness DVDs.  I love Total Fitness DVDs.  They have the best selection and the best prices.  Their customer service is top notch.  I am always satisfied with my purchases from Total Fitness DVDs.
