This is the first Tracy Anderson workout that I have done. I have heard amazing things about her and couldn't wait to try it out for myself. This morning I popped the DVD and got started. I didn't know what to expect but with the name mat workout I thought I would be lying down most of the time. This is not the case. There is a segment at the end that is done lying down but most of the DVD is done standing up.
This workout is quite a challenge for me and I know that my entire body is going to sore tomorrow. Sore is a good thing! That means my muscles are getting stronger and they are going to be better looking!
The DVD starts with a 6 minute warm up which really gets you warmed up and quick. Then it goes right into the 34 minutes of standing toning. After that you do 12 minutes of lying down toning and then the cool down stretch for a total of 56 minutes of workout. I highly recommend this DVD to anyone working on getting their entire body in shape and looking great!
