Tracey’s Pilates Super Sculpt DVD
Pilates Super Sculpt is a deep toning total body workout focusing on correct alignment, flexibility, core strength and a beautiful posture. You will learn exercises that you would normally perform on studio Pilates equipment such as the spine corrector and reformer. Pilates Super Sculpt is performed with a small sponge or playground ball creating more challenge and assisting you to execute the workout correctly.
I really enjoyed both of these workouts. I am just a beginner and these were both very challenging. I know that I will be able to enjoy these for many more workouts. They are very intense workouts.
