Collage Video that I reviewed is the Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Lbs DVD. I started with the one mile walk this morning. It was about 20 minutes long. It flew by. I started my day energized and ready to go! I enjoyed the walk and can't wait to try a longer one. I hope to work up to the four mile walk in no time. I am a beginner and I know that the four mile walk will be a possibility really soon for me. Leslie keep's it simple. She shows you the moves before you do them and limits the moves to just a few. There are four parts to this dvd, each part is explained below.
1 MILE GET UP & GET STARTED:
Get up & Get Start will show you all the basics for a brisk, upbeat walk – from perfect posture to using weights – to make this a walk for your whole body! You don't need a lot of room; just the desire to look and feel terrific. This gentle and effective form of exercise will help you tone your legs, buns and abs, condition your heart, speed up your metabolism and help fight again! Optional equipment: 1 lb. weights
2 MILE BRISK WALK:
This 2 mile walking workout builds strength, endurance and flexibility, while boosting energy levels and super-charging your upper and lower body.
