The Booty Barre Review & Giveaway Ends 2/10/12 at 7 PM EST

Tracey’s Pilates Super Sculpt DVD
Pilates Super Sculpt is a deep toning total body workout focusing on correct alignment, flexibility, core strength and a beautiful posture. You will learn exercises that you would normally perform on studio Pilates equipment such as the spine corrector and reformer. Pilates Super Sculpt is performed with a small sponge or playground ball creating more challenge and assisting you to execute the workout correctly.

I really enjoyed both of these workouts.  I am just a beginner and these were both very challenging.  I know that I will be able to enjoy these for many more workouts.  They are very intense workouts.  I love how wonderful I feel after I complete one of these dvds.  If you are looking for a fun workout that really gets your body in shape, you really should try these.

Anchor Bay Entertainment - 10 Minute Solution: Pilates on the Ball Review & Giveaway

The next dvd from Anchor Bay Entertainment that I am reviewing is 10 Minute Solution: Pilates on the Ball.  I did this workout this morning.  Like all the 10 Minute Solution dvds you can choose some of the segments or all of them.  I set it up to do three of the five segments.  I chose the Total Body Pilates, Upper Body Pilates and Pilates for Flexibility segments for my morning workout.  Each of these workouts was really challenging for me.  I am a beginner and I did my best to keep up.  I am sore from past workouts and not as flexible as usual but I am feeling stronger and able to do more and more. 
10 MINUTE SOLUTION: PILATES ON THE BALL

Here are the descriptions of the segments included.  I love how you can use the dvd menu to select them in any order as many or as few as you would like.
PILATES FOR ABS This segment will tone and cinch all the muscles in your waistline. The ball adds extra core work to each exercise to deliver maximum benefits. 
LOWER BODY PILATES This series will virtually melt inches off your hips, buns and thighs with dynamic exercises that engage and firm all the muscles in your lower body. 
UPPER BODY PILATES Sculpt sleek arms and shoulders, plus a sexy back with these highly effective, targeted ball exercises. 
PILATES FOR FLEXIBILITY Stretch your body and calm your mind with this section. A perfect way to start the day or end a great workout, this segment uses the ball to elongate your muscles from head to toe. 
TOTAL BODY PILATES Become firmer and leaner all over. Instructor Lara Hudson has designed a series of non-stop, flowing exercises on the ball for this intense calorie-burning, body sculpting workout. A fitness ball is recommended for this workout.

Collage Video - Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Lbs DVD Review & Giveaway

The next DVD from Collage Video that I reviewed is the Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Lbs DVD.  I started with the one mile walk this morning.  It was about 20 minutes long.  It flew by.  I started my day energized and ready to go!  I enjoyed the walk and can't wait to try a longer one.  I hope to work up to the four mile walk in no time.  I am a beginner and I know that the four mile walk will be a possibility really soon for me.  Leslie keep's it simple.  She shows you the moves before you do them and limits the moves to just a few.  There are four parts to this dvd, each part is explained below.


1 MILE GET UP & GET STARTED:

Anchor Bay Entertainment sent me some dvds to review.  The first one that I tried was the 10 Minute Solution: 5 Day Get Fit Mix.  I did this workout and I loved every minute of it.  I was sweating in the first few minutes.  Everyone claims they don't have time to work out.  The 10 minute solution is perfect for those of us who are limited on time.  I did three of the workouts in a row and then the other two the next day.  I will keep this dvd close to use it again.

I really feel great after this workout.  It was hard for me.  I am just a beginner but I did what I could and I know that each time I do the workouts I will improve.  The belly fat burner is really challenging as well as the fat blasting intervals.  The power yoga and cardio kickboxing are fun and a challenge as well.  If you don't have much time you could do one of these workouts a day and switch them up each day to have a 5 day workout mixture that is sure to tighten and tone your body.
