The Biggest Loser 8 Minute Body Blasters DVD Review

Total Fitness DVDs sent me The Biggest Loser 8 Minute Body Blasters DVD to review.  I have always been a huge fan of the The Biggest Loser.  I have lost over 100 pounds and Bob Harper is one of my favorite workout instructors.  This is the first tine I have worked out with Dolvett Quince.  They are both motivational and encouraging.  This workout is quite challenging and really gets your heart pounding and your sweat pouring out.  8 minutes seems like a short amount of time but those 8 minutes can last a long time when you are doing moves that are hard.

This DVD includes seven - eight minute segments:

Warm-Up: Your body blast begins here with Dolvett's heart-pounding moves that rev the metabolism and condition your muscles.

Abs: Using a single hand weight, chisel the abs and strengthen the core from every angle in 30-second circuits.

Butt: Dolvett turns up the booty burn with 30-second moves like skaters, curtsies and bridges to crush calories and super sculpt the glutes and hips.

Legs: With a set of weights, accelerate your heart rate and fat-burn with Dolvett's combo moves.

Arms: Fire up with Bob's unbeatable moves that use weights to slim and shred the arms, chest and back.

Total Body: Bob brings it on with 30-second exercises that incinerate fat and reshape your body.

Cooldown: Keep your body limber and agile with Bob's breathe-easy yoga stretch.

You can do each workout separately or mix and match them for a longer workout.  There is also an option to workout to the music only or you can use the trainer's instructions with the music.  If you feel like you don't have enough time to workout this is the DVD for you.  These 8 minute high intensity workouts combine the elements needed to maximize calorie burn for a fast, body blasting workout that is sure to shed inches while sculpting your abs, butt, arms and legs.

With trainers Bob Harper, Dolvett Quince and Season 14 all stars leading the charge, you will have the encouragement and motivation you need for lasting weight loss.  You will use a set of light weights and one set of heavier weights.  I find these eight minute segments to be a challenge and they do a good job on my body too.  I really enjoy working out with this DVD.  I have done the entire DVD at once and I have also done several of the segments together.  This is the perfect DVD to give you a variety and the right length of workout that you need.
