I truly love working with Collage Video.  They have terrific customer service and I love reading the reviews on their website when I am choosing workout DVDs to purchase.   I was lucky enough to get a copy of this DVD to review.  I have been a fan of Amy Dixon since my first workout with her.  She has a terrific technique and she does a wonderful job of giving the cues and instructions.  She is tough and highly effective.  Her workouts are fabulous and never disappoint.  I have been trying to get into kettlebell workouts for some time now so when I heard that Amy had this DVD I had to try it.  I have done a few other kettlebell workout DVDs but this by far is my favorite.  Amy really knows how to get your heart pumping and chisel those muscles.  I have done this DVD a few times now and will keep it in the rotation for months to come.  It's one of my favorite workouts right now.
RAISE SOME BELL – THE ULTIMATE KETTLEBELL CORE WORKOUT is a powerfully dynamic 7-minute program that blends the best of traditional kettlebell core exercises – like twists and chops – with a hint of cardio to fire up your calorie burn.
RAISE SOME BELL – KETTLEBELL 101 is a quick, five-minute kettlebell training guide that breaks down essential kettlebell basics.  In this you will learn proper grip, skills and techniques for getting maximum results while working out with a kettlebell.  It's best to check out this tutorial before you Raise Some Bell.
