Total Fitness DVDs sent me the Escape Your Shape 21 Day Body Makeover DVD to review.  I am an hourglass figure so I did those two 20 minute circuit workouts.  This is the only patented system that is proven to get results.  You can truly use this DVD to exercise right for your body type!  In just 21 days with these exercises designed specifically for your body shape you will be able to transform your body.

The sort of exercises you are performing determines the design in the free weights that you are making use of. For many workout routines, you are going to be fairly okay with whatever you pick-up when you are undertaking thigh workout routines and the like with the weights, Daniel DeMoss site then maybe you are not likely to want to grab the prevent shaped free weights.
