BeFit in 90 Workout System Review

You know I love to workout at home.  I really enjoy the workout systems.  So when Total Fitness DVDs offered to send me the BeFit in 90 Workout System to review I couldn't wait to get my hands on it.  BeFit is a popular YouTube channel that features free home workouts for all fitness levels.  If you don't like watching workouts on your computer screen or you don't have an internet connection available then you will surely love the newest offering from BeFit.  It's a three month program that features daily 35 minute workouts.  The new package, called BeFiT in 90, features three DVDs (one for each month) -- each with 30 days' worth of mixed-and-matched workouts.

Instead of 90 completely different workouts for every single day you get 90 days of different combinations of routines.  There are also rest days included.  This system includes 225 minutes of content of all three months.  Month two workouts, for example, may include segments for sculpted abs and arms, MMA conditioning, ripped back and shoulders, or elite yoga and the variation keeps you from getting bored.   Since we all know it's about muscle confusion this system works!

Fitness pros Samantha Clayton and Garret Amerine, both BeFit YouTube veterans, lead the program, and they offer modifications for folks of all different fitness levels.  This system comes with the DVDs, a workout calendar and nutrition planner to keep yourself on track.
