Mari Winsor Pink Ribbon Pilates DVD is my favorite new pilates workout DVD. This is the first time I have worked out with Mari Winsor. I love her style. She keeps me up to speed with what we are going to do, how to do it and when to do it. She is a wonderful instructor. She makes me feel at ease and ready to perform the tasks at hand. I have done a lot of other pilates workouts but this one is by far the best. Mari Winsor does it all. From the energizing to the sculpting she really knows her pilates. I have done all the workouts separately and also the whole thing combined. I really like working with the band. You can make the resistance band as tight as you need to get a great workout.
