Modern Pilates by Lisa Johnson Fitness DVD Review and Giveaway Ends 9/19/13 at 7 PM EST

I just got a copy of Modern Pilates.  It's brand new from fitness professional and Pilates studio owner, Lisa Johnson.  This DVD is 51 minutes and sells for $19.95.  It is a mat workout that makes the user "tighter, higher and smaller," in all the right places.  Featuring a 50 minute routine for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) this DVD provides a workout to strengthen and tone your entire body.  Following Lisa's expert instruction you will tone your arms, get fabulous abs, tighten your booty and get glorious legs in no time.  You can purchase the DVD at www.bodyphysica.com.

This is the first workout I have by Lisa Johnson.  She really does help me understand the most difficult positions.  I have done this entire workout two times now.  Pilates is something that I love to do.  This is one of the more advanced routines that I have done so far.  I had a hard time with the jackknife position but I am almost there and with a few more tries I will have it down.  It's just hard for me to balance upside down that like.  My legs are heavy and hard to hold up in the air.  I know that doing this workout often will surely tighten, tone and get me looking great!
