Bob Harper Beginner's Weight Loss Transformation DVD Review & Giveaway Ends 3/30/12 at 7 PM EST

I recieved Bob Harper Beginner's Weight Loss Transformation DVD from Collage Video to review.  I did this workout once last week and again this morning.  WOW what a workout.  I am still considered a beginner even though I have been working out daily since around the first of the year.  This workout had me sweating from head to toe.  I haven't sweated this much in a long time.  The first time I did the DVD I was too tired to do the 10 minute ab workout after the 45 minute main workout.  I barely got through the whole DVD this morning.  I am worn out.  I can't wait to continue to use this on a weekly basis until I get up to speed.

Certified instructor description: The first workout is a no-nonsense aero/tone interval program for "anyone who hasn't worked out in a long time." It has a huge variety of fat-burning and body-sculpting moves led by a tough-but-supportive instructor ("all I'm asking is: do the best you can"). Nutrisystem Week 4 Update - 10 Pounds Lighter!

This is the first day of my second month of Nutrisystem.  I weighed in this morning at 10 pounds lighter than the day I started.  I am very happy with that number and I cannot wait to see where I am next week.  Nutrisystem works.  I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first, but after doing the plan for the past month, I can tell you that it works.  I feel so much more energetic.  I got up this morning at 4 am to do my workout.  I did an exercise dvd that lasted 50 minutes.  This is all very new to me.  A month ago I started this journey and now it has become habit for me.  I am so thankful to have been given this opportunity.

If you need to lose weight Nutrisystem is a great way to get the weight off and keep it off.  It teaches you portion control.  You learn to include fruits and vegetables in your diet which are so healthy for you.  I really do recommend this plan to anyone looking to lose weight.  I have a lot of weight to lose and it's coming off, week by week.  You can lose weight too, just give it a shot.  Believe me you will not regret the decision to take care of yourself.

Collage Video - Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition Workout DVD Review & Giveaway

Collage Video has an amazing selection of exercise videos.  I received Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition Workout to review and they have also offered one to giveaway.  I tried the dvd this morning and it was very simple to do.  I am totally amazed at how easy it seemed and then how sore I am now.  This workout is amazing.  I have only done the first 2 parts.  I hope to do the 3rd part later this week.
Certified instructor description: Three non-intimidating weight-loss workouts led by a very supportive instructor. You'll be exercising with contestants from the hit TV show — "real people" who have already lost up to 200 pounds (but are still overweight, and enthusiastically working to slim down a little more). Everything is designed for the novice exerciser. The first workout is an anyone-can-do-it toning series. The second program adds some simple aerobics while the third workout is slightly more challenging. The sequencing within each workout is also beginner-friendly -- you'll start with basic moves and then confidently advance to more challenging variations. Chris Powell includes level options and lots of understanding encouragement ("just work at your own pace"). ©2011. DVD has: Music only option, Wide screen, Close captions, Region 1.

This is really a non intimidating workout.  It's highly effective for those of us who have a lot of weight to lose and are new to working out.  I will use this DVD on a regular basis to get stronger and smaller.
