Dance off the Inches: Hip Hop Jam" even more jam-packed than in predecessors. Dance fitness expert Jennifer Galardi offers up three new hip hop workouts plus a 10 minute Booty Blaster toning workout that uses the loop. The Step Guide breaks down the ten more complicated steps so that they're easy to learn, even for the most dance challenged. I am dance challenged and I was able to do these moves after going through the Step Guide.
The three dance workouts are Cali Pop, Funk Groove and Street Style. Cali Pop is the lightest and bounciest, it's my favorite. Moves like the Cali Walk and Cali Swing bring a touch of Southern California style to this fifteen minute routine. The 10 minute Funk Groove routine has a bit more of a rock edge to it. The hips and glutes remain engaged throughout. According to Galardi, "Street Style gets a little more gangsta". This 15 minute dance workout includes moves called Swagger and Jerk and works the whole body including the core. The menu offers a separate warm up and cool down plus the bonus Booty Blaster toning workout.
