MDFitness The Doctor's Workout DVD Review

The Doctor's Workout can be done virtually anywhere.  All you need is a mat, weights, and a little room to move.  They suggest starting with 1-3 pound weights for Level 1, 3-5 pounds for Level 2, and 5-8 pounds for Level 3.  This workout is not for bulking up, but the weights you choose should be comfortably challenging while maintaining proper form.  I consider myself an intermediate exerciser.  I started with the first level and did all three.  They are challenging and effective but none of the three levels are beyond my reach.  You can always start with level one and master it before moving on to levels two and three.  I love their teaching style.  The moves are easy to follow and very effective.

What if there was an effective treatment for Cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, Depression, Diabetes, as well as Breast and Colon Cancer, that could also make you biologically up to ten years younger without drugs or surgery?

Exercise has been shown to do all this and more!  But what exercises work best, and how much time do you need to spend to get the needed results?   They have taken the guesswork out by creating "The Doctor's Workout."  This DVD has simple-to-follow videos that will teach you everything you need to know.  In just 40 minutes, 3–4 times a week, you can transform your life in ways you never thought possible.  "The Doctor's Workout" — It's fun, it's easy, and it might just save your life.
