Review:
R and D Diet Cookie company sent me two different kinds of their cookies to try. I tried the Oatmeal Raisin and the Pumpkin cookies. I have to say that these cookies are really good and not too sweet. They do not have a lot of carbs in them so they do not leave you feeling hungry in a few minutes after eating one. I used them to feel full longer and cut back on bad snacking habits. I am really impressed with how long each cookie lasted once I ate one.
Hunger will ruin any diet every time! That's their motto and I agree. If I get too hungry then I tend to binge. With the R and D Cookie Diet you will not get too hungry. Just eat another cookie. I really felt full and didn't get overly hungry while using these cookies as a meal replacement.
Finally, we have an affordable, natural food that is nutritional, filling, satisfying, tasty, and convenient that will elliminate hunger and allow us to take control of our diet so that we can lose weight rapidly! This cookie and diet was named for the intensive Research and Development (R&D) project that created it.
The cookies are engineered to control hunger and cravings but they are also good for you. They are packed with protein, fiber, and good carbs, low on sodium and are naturally low in cholesterol. The oil I use is lower in saturated fat than conventional cooking and salad oils and is made from all natural soy, olive, and canola. It's an excellent source of Omega-3's and Vitamin E. I use a mixture of proteins from a number of sources including whey and soy. Great developments have been made in the manufacture of proteins in the last decade and I remain diligent in using only the best and most effective proteins available. The "secret" of the effectiveness of our cookies is the formulation of amino acids and proteins we use along with fiber and the absence of any ingredient that promotes hunger. There is no animal product except for whey protein so the cookies are considered vegetarian.
