Kinnikinnick Foods Inc. Review & Giveaway Ends 10/02/11 at 7 PM EST

Kinnikinnick Foods sent me some items to try out and review.  I received the Pancake Mix, Panko Crumb, Pizza Crust & Choc KinniTOOs.  I was so excited to try these out and let you all know what I thought.  The first thing we did was tear into the choc KinniTOOs.

Grab a cold Glass of Milk...or Soy Milk...Or Potato Milk...or Almond Milk and decide. Will you eat the center first?

My Mom tried these and really liked them.  I had a few and was impressed as well.  These are some of the best gluten free cookies we have had.

One night for dinner we had the pizza crusts.  We made our own personal pan pizzas.  These crusts were really good.  They got crispy in the oven and cooked as described in the instructions.  I really loved these and would definitely use them again.  They are great for a quick and easy dinner that the kids will enjoy!

Pancakes are a favorite around here.  I was a little worried that these weren't going to be that good.  I don't know why but I just had trouble believing we were going to like these.  Guess what?  We all loved them.  I will use this mix from now on.  The whole family ate these and loved them!
I haven't used the Panko bread crumbs yet, but I was impressed with all the other products that I know this one will be good too!  You can order these products and more on their website here.  If you would like to enter to win a selection of their products to try for yourself enter the giveaway below.

My family and I tried all three of these varieties.  We love cookies so we are kind of choosy when it comes to the cookies we choose to eat.  The vanilla snaps were my favorite.  I loved them to the last crumb.  The vanilla flavor is amazing.  They are so good.  The texture is good too.  I really am a huge fan of these vanilla snap cookies.  The vanilla sandwich cookies are really good also.  They are gluten free which is good since we are almost all gluten free in our home.  The chocolate sandwich cookies were my husband's favorite.  He ate the whole package except for the few I had.  These cookies are great.  I would recommend getting cookies for MI-DEL.  They are sold in a lot of grocery stores, you can click here to find out where to buy these cookies.  My whole family is impressed with the quality of these cookies.  We will be on the lookout for MI-DEL products when we go shopping so we can get more!

Jo-Sefs Gluten Free Cookies Review & Giveaway Ends 7/12/11 at 7 PM EST

Review

Jo-Sefs Gluten Free Cookies sent me one of each of their products to review.   I tried the Sandwich O's Cookies first.  They have vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate.  We enjoyed each of these.  They are gluten free and we love how great they taste.  You will not miss the gluten, believe me.

Next I tried the Animal Cookies.  They have two varieties of Animal Cookies, chocolate and vanilla.  I haven't ever had chocolate animal cookies before.  I really enjoyed both of these animal cookie varieties.  I love that I can feel good about my family enjoying these cookies.

The last ones we tried were the Square Cookies.  They have three varieties.  I really loved the square vanilla cookies.  They reminded me of some cookies we got a lot when I was little.  I can't remember what they were called.  These square cookies are good with milk.  They are also good with some peanut butter on them.  They taste great and they are gluten free, which is wonderful.

You can order these delicious cookies online here.

Jo-Sef’s reputation for the tastiest gluten-free baked goods is richly deserved. Every cookie is baked with premium ingredients, and with the discriminating palate in mind, for the very best in taste and wholesome goodness.

Nine years ago, after endless sleepless nights, and months of agonizing and fruitless doctor visits, our son was diagnosed with gluten intolerance, otherwise known as celiac disease. Our initial reaction to this diagnosis was relief. At least, (we thought) the solution is simple: all we’d have to do to see our son improve is keep him on a gluten-free diet. But as soon as we were ready to start, reality hit us. What would our son eat? Who would help us?

We found the answer within our hearts and in our own kitchen. We researched, experimented, tested and tasted until we found the right recipes for every food our son would be missing in a regular diet. He took snacks to school, ate delicious sandwiches for lunch and even enjoyed pizza parties. Slowly friends and neighbors started asking about our new "bakery" and as word got around we were inundated with calls for recipes and requests to accept orders for those unable to bake. Friends who had children who were allergic to dairy or eggs were also thrilled to have another address where they could find foods their children could enjoy and share. The immediate and enthusiastic response to our efforts was evidence of the tremendous demand for gluten-free products and encouraged us to continue in our mission. The rest of our history is...history.

Today, our son is doing remarkably well, and our attempt to help him avoid gluten has turned into something much larger than we could have ever envisioned. We have reached out and helped thousands of people with our high quality alternatives to the standard gluten loaded fare.
In addition to being gluten free, all JoSef products are egg free, cholesterol free, lactose free, peanut free, additive free, and preservative free. And they’re kosher too!
Did we mention taste? Our reputation for the tastiest, freshest, and healthiest gluten-free baked goods available on the market is hard earned and well-deserved. Everything we sell is baked with our son in mind; he deserves the very best, and so do you!
