Dance Off the Inches: Latin Cardio Party DVD Review & Giveaway Ends 11/30/12 at 7 PM EST




Anchor Bay Entertainment sent me a new release fitness DVD to review called Dance Off the Inches: Latin Cardio Party.  As you know I do a fitness DVD each morning before I go to work.  This one is fun!  I love to try to dance although I really am no good at it.  It's fun to try.

This 43 minute workout includes three different style segments. Emily leads this workout in an open studio with two background instructors. This DVD doesn't require any equipment.  There are music options.  It also includes a 21 minute learn the moves “step guide".  Which is super helpful for me because I am not that good at dance type fitness routines.  Once you learn the moves in a segment then you string them together for a routine and finally you move on to the next segment.

Samba: Exercises include V step up & back, samba, knee swings and shimmies.

Cumbia: Exercises include sexy circle, slinky step, cumbia, & knee knocks.

Reggaeton: Exercises include stomp, chest pop, circle stomp, body rolls, and knee up w/ brush the shoulder. This is a Latin/ hip hop fusion workout.

I really enjoy this workout and I try to do it about once a week because it's super fun and it gets me sweating.  My favorite routine is the Reggaeton, I am a huge reggae fan and haven't ever had this type of workout before.
