Bob Harper's Kettlebell Cardio Shred DVD for me to review. This is a 53 minute workout. It's very difficult for me to complete the entire workout but I am able to do it and I love it. What a great workout! I am getting so strong and fit. Working out is so wonderful and I love to try new things.
Bob goes from Kettlebell moves to other moves throughout the whole workout. I really enjoy the pace of the video as well as the variety of moves. Bob always keeps me motivated and wanting to do more and more each day that I workout with him.

The kettlebell makes the aerobics more intense and the toning more
effective (because you have to control the bell’s momentum). Like the
