This DVD has 4 scientifically designed workouts.  Each workout is approximately 10 minutes and done in 30 second intervals.  The exercises are intense, but she does show modifications to accommodate viewers of all levels.  REV4 targets the entire body: REV1 - Full body, REV2 - Lower Body, REV3 - Upper Body and REV4 - Core Crusher.  There is also a warm-up and cool-down included on the DVD.  I have done all the workouts together and when I have less time I do just one or two or three of the workouts depending on the situation of the day.  The bonus section includes an informative interview with Natalie and it gives a glimpse into her personal training routine that shows how she achieved such great results.
