I received a case of Chobani
yogurt to review. This yogurt is delicious. It tastes great and it's got
a lot of protein to keep you feeling full longer. As you may know I have lost 100 pounds in the past year and Chobani greek yogurt is one of my tricks. Lower in calories and fat but high in protein. My favorite part
about the yogurt is the size of the cup. It's larger than the yogurt
cup size that I am used to. I really enjoyed the lemon, mango, strawberry banana and the pineapple flavors. Honey
was my brother's favorite. Everyone really enjoyed these yogurts. I
put low fat granola in the plain yogurt and it tasted great. It was
perfect for a filling breakfast. It held me over until lunch. I was
not hungry until I ate lunch, which is amazing. I often get hungry
around 10 in the morning.
