I didn't already have a salt and pepper grinder so I was excited to get this and try it out. I really didn't know that I was going to like it until I gave it a try. I have really enjoyed having it and using it. It was slightly complicated to fill it up but once I figured out how to fill the grinder without getting the salt and pepper mixed up I really enjoyed it. It's a nice size too. It's about the size of a small jar. Not too big and not too small, just the right size to fit nicely on the counter or in the cabinet between uses.
