Our favorites were the Yogurt Covered Twists and the Milk Chocolate Covered twists.  The sea salt thins were our next big hit.  We have eaten all of these pretzels and will continue to purchase Gratify because living gluten free is something we are working towards and these fit our new lifestyle.

This is the first workout I have by Lisa Johnson.  She really does help me understand the most difficult positions.  I have done this entire workout two times now.  Pilates is something that I love to do.  This is one of the more advanced routines that I have done so far.  I had a hard time with the jackknife position but I am almost there and with a few more tries I will have it down.  It's just hard for me to balance upside down that like.  My legs are heavy and hard to hold up in the air.  I know that doing this workout often will surely tighten, tone and get me looking great!

Rogers Family Coffee Review & Giveaway Ends 09/18/13 at 7 PM EST

Rogers Family Company has been in business over 34 years perfecting the art of growing and roasting coffee.  They have operations in Mexico, Panama and Rwanda.  Their shade grown and organic coffee beans are the best tasting product they have found.  

Once they get the beans, they roast the coffee slowly and carefully using their exclusive varying temperature/airflow process - a mix of artisan roasting and scientific excellence.  Finally, they lock the coffees' freshness in right away as they seal the roasted coffee away from the harmful effects of the air within minutes of roasting.

I was lucky enough to receive four different kinds to try.  They have a unique single cup coffee that works in my Keurig.  Their 12 count boxes are only $6.99 which is an exceptional value.  Also their cups are biodegradable which is good on our environment.  I sampled the  French Roast, Fog Chaser, Organic Rainforest Blend, and Espresso Roast.  I love a dark coffee and these were all very bold and tasty.  

I tried the fog chaser first and it was delicious.  I had it black and with some french vanilla creamer.  It smells great, tastes great and really got me moving in the morning.  Next the espresso roast.  I have to say that this was by far my favorite.  I will be ordering this one from now on.  I have only had it black and it is amazing.  I also tried the french roast and organic rainforest blend.  I really enjoyed all of these.  The french roast is my night time choice and the rainforest blend is perfect for when I have company.

Premio Foods Sausage Review

Premio Foods sent me a couple kinds of sausage to review.  My family and I really enjoy sausage and Premio Real Italian Taste is high quality good sausage.  First we had the Hot Italian Sausage. 

I took the hot sausage and cooked it in a pan.  I browned it with onions and bell pepper.  I used the sausage and veggie mix to make a spaghetti sauce.  I used a tomato sauce.  We ate it over spaghetti.  This Hot Italian Sausage is phenomenal.  Everyone really enjoy it.  I will definitely be buying this again. 

Next we tried the Premio Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage.  We used  this sausage in our breakfast casserole.  I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about liking it because I haven't ever really like chicken sausage, but this is the best chicken sausage I have ever had.  It's delicious.  The entire family was pleased with the breakfast casserole.  We will buy this again because chicken sausage is a healthier alternative to regular sausage and we loved it too!

I highly recommend Premio Foods.  They have the highest quality sausage and it's delicious.  They have wonderful customer service and they are such a joy to deal with.

Slim Sexy Strong by Holly Perkins is an amazing workout DVD.  There are 4 unique workouts tha tyou can mix and match.  They are strength building and fat burning workouts that will transform your body.  This is my first experience with Holly Perkins.  She is in terrific shape.  She does a wonderful job with the instructions and her cues are spot on.  I really enjoy her method.  I was really inspired by this DVD.  It's really got it all.

Holly Perkins has 20 years experience as a fitness expert.  She really knows how to get your body transformed.  This DVD has a fast-paced aero/tone interval section that is then followed by three targeted toning segments.  They include abs, legs and arms.  It comes in a very flexible format.  You will work your entire body at the beginning, then go on to focus on your own trouble spots at the end.  In the first section there are a variety of multi-muscle toning exercises which alternated with  45-second fat-burning sequences.  The targeted toning portions smoothly combine body-sculpting classics with innovative new routines like pretzel lifts and unilateral push-ups.

I love how I can mix and match the workouts.  You don't have to do the same routine over and over.  Holly is really amazing!  I really do recommend this DVD.  It will get you in shape and transform your body so you can be slim, sexy and strong.

Total Fitness DVD's sent me the Leslie Sansone Walk it off in 30 Days to review.  I have several of Leslie's workouts and I couldn't wait to try this one.  This DVD has two thirty minute routines.  One to burn and the other to firm.  One Monday, Wednesday and Friday you should do the burn workout.  Then on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you should do the firm workout.  For maximum results in just 30 days.

Leslie makes the moves simple and helps me to focus on having a good time rather then trying to be perfect.  This is a great DVD for beginners, intermediate and advanced.  It has it all.  The walk section has great music and will energize you and keep you moving at a fast pace.  The firm section is tough.  I love the chest flies and abs sections.

Tighten Tone and Torch with Suzanne Bowen Review

I really enjoy her style.  There are a lot of planks and barre style moves.  I feel tight and toned after doing this workout several times in the past couple weeks.
