Slim Sexy Strong by Holly Perkins Workout DVD Review

Collage Video sent me a couple dvd's to review.  Here's a little bit of information about Collage Video for those of you who have never heard of it.  Back in 1987, they realized that back-of-the-package video descriptions — and friends’ suggestions — just didn’t get us videos that were right for OUR situation.  So they decided there had to be a better way — search out the best videos and describe them honestly.   So they printed the first-ever exercise video catalog. Slim Sexy Strong by Holly Perkins is an amazing workout DVD.  There are 4 unique workouts tha tyou can mix and match.  They are strength building and fat burning workouts that will transform your body.  This is my first experience with Holly Perkins.  She is in terrific shape.  She does a wonderful job with the instructions and her cues are spot on.  I really enjoy her method.  I was really inspired by this DVD.  It's really got it all.

Holly Perkins has 20 years experience as a fitness expert.  She really knows how to get your body transformed.  This DVD has a fast-paced aero/tone interval section that is then followed by three targeted toning segments.  They include abs, legs and arms.  It comes in a very flexible format.  You will work your entire body at the beginning, then go on to focus on your own trouble spots at the end.  In the first section there are a variety of multi-muscle toning exercises which alternated with  45-second fat-burning sequences.  The targeted toning portions smoothly combine body-sculpting classics with innovative new routines like pretzel lifts and unilateral push-ups.

I love how I can mix and match the workouts.  You don't have to do the same routine over and over.  Holly is really amazing!  I really do recommend this DVD.  It will get you in shape and transform your body so you can be slim, sexy and strong.
