Wholly Guacamole and Jennie-O Review & Giveaway Ends 3/31/13 at 7 PM EST

Wholly Guacamole and Jennie-O Turkey have teamed up to bring us the Jennie-O Jalapeno Jack Turkey Burger!  The Jalapeno Jack burger is only available at Walmart through March so hurry up and get some.  I have a box and I decided to make the Jennie-O Jalapeno Jack Turkey Burger for my family for a nice treat.

To prepare the Jalapeno Jack Burger you will need 15 minutes to prep and 30 minutes total cook time.

This recipe will make 6 burgers.

1 package of Jennie-O Turkey Store Jalapeno Jack Burger
2 1/2 cups thinly sliced onions
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons honey
8 oz Wholly Salsa medium
6 Flatbreads, whole wheat
1 cup baby spinach or arugula leaves (we used spinach)
1 package (7 ounce) package Wholly Guacamole Classic Dip

Cook turkey patties according to package directions.  Always cook to well done 165 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer.  In large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook onions over medium heat for 10 minutes or until softened and light browned.  Add cilantro honey, salsa; stir.  Cook for 2 minutes until hot.  Spoon onion mixture onto bottom section of each flatbread.  Add turkey patties, spinach leaves and guacamole.  Fold top of flatbread on top.
