Adventure to Fitness sent us a Fit Family Fiesta Event package. We had the fiesta yesterday at 3 PM. Our fiesta was attended by friends and family. Adventure to Fitness and Honest Tea sent us the party supplies. We received streamers, juice for the kids, tea for the adults, an Adventure to Fitness DVD and some coloring pages too!
We popped in the DVD right after everyone got there and we did the Adventure to Fitness together. We all had a blast. It's fun to go through the adventure. It really doesn't feel like working out but it gets our heart rates up and gets us breathing rapidly too. It feels good to get up and get moving.
The kids really had a wonderful time and so did the adults. I would highly recommend the Adventure to Fitness DVDs to anyone with children. It's a fun way to get up and get moving but it doesn't seem like exercise. The kids will enjoy it and it's always a good thing to use their energy constructively.
I would like to thank Honest Tea and Adventure to Fitness for giving us the opportunity to have the Fit Family Fiesta Event.
