I am working my way through this book.  I really enjoy it.  I try to spend some quiet time reading devotionals and the Bible each day.  I find that it keeps me centered.  It's how I choose to meditate.  I really do find it important and helpful to my well being.  I plan to pass this along to my sister and Mom when I finish it.  It's a super book and I highly recommend it to all wives.
