Total Fitness DVDs sent me an amazing DVD to review. It's called Barre Break Thru by Jennifer Galardi. I love the barre workouts and this is one of my favorite. Barre Breakthru will reshape your body and help you bound beyond your fitness plateaus with its perfect exercises. Jennifer's three-phase workout is sure to appeal to the dancer and athlete in you. I am really happy with this workout and I can't wait to do it again. Jennifer Galardi really knows her stuff and she makes it fun and easy to follow.
