Chicken Soup for the Soul has done it again with their 20th Anniversary Edition.  This book contains 100 before and after stories that make up this collection.  Each story encourages readers and has them thinking about their actions in no time.  The categories of this book include: Epiphanies, Attitude Adjustments, Great Advice, Motivation, Doing Good, and Amazing Connections.  I really enjoyed this book.

One story that I loved is "Eliminate the Negative, Accentuate the Positive" this is something I am working on right now.  I want to feel joy and not sadness.  I am constantly trying to eliminate the negative records in my head and refill it with positive records.  I loved this Chicken Soup for the Soul book and can't wait to read another one.
