I love that this is so easy to you.  Just put it on your wrist and hit start.  When you use it you should be sitting down with your elbow on the table and your wrist above your heart.  I have used it several days in a row and I get a consistent reading.  I love that it has a memory and I can look back and see what my readings were in the past.  There is an indicator on the side that tells you when your blood pressure is good or when it is high.  I have borderline high blood pressure and it's neat to see what it is throughout the day using this easy to use blood pressure monitor.
