Ellen Barrett Fitness DVD Review & Giveaway Ends 6/20/13 at 7 PM EST



I love Ellen Barrett!  So, naturally when I received three of her new fitness DVDs to review I was super excited to try them out.  Ellen has a way of making the exercise fun.  It also sneaks up on you.  While you are doing the workout you do not feel overwhelmed, but you definitely see the results when you are done.

Fusion Floor Workout - An Innovative Sculpting Workout DVD - No Standing Necessary!

I enjoy this workout.  It really goes by so fast.  I have done it twice so far and each time I am amazed that it's over so quickly.  I feel tight and toned and energized.  Once you pop it in the DVD player and get started you are moving quickly.  I love the rainbow lunges.  Happy feet is another move she incorporates into this workout.  I work up a sweat and feel great after this 30 minute workout.

Sleek Sculpt Express

Tone all over in just 30 (peaceful!) minutes with Ellen's fusion fitness method.  All you'll need is a yoga mat and a light set of hand held weights (ideally 2- 3lb each or a 4 - 6lb set).  Barefoot is recommended.   To watch a preview clip, click here.

I used my 5 pound dumbbells for this workout.  I had to work up to using them the whole time.  The first couple times I did this workout I had to switch down to my 3 lbs halfway through.  But now I am able to keep the 5 lbs the whole thirty minutes.   It is a fairly tough workout.  I really like this one also.
