This scale is easy to use and it works great!  I love being able to know how much of something I am actually eating.  I am on a strict diet and this helps me control portions and know how many calories I am eating of something.  I really enjoy weighing out my food and getting only the amount that I need.  If you are looking for a nice, easy to use food scale, this is the one for you!
