I Lost 43 Pounds in 19 Weeks on Nutrisystem #NSNation

I am happy to report that in Week 19 I lost one more pound for a total of 43 pounds since I began using Nutrisystem for weight loss.  I have consistently lost between 1 and 3 pounds a week since I began.  Nutrisystem says that on their program people lose an average of 1-2 pounds a week.  I am so excited with my weight loss progress.  I have a before and after photo that shows you how much my body has changed over the past 19 weeks.

I wore the same dress in the pictures.  This dress was my goal dress to begin with but I know now that I will have to get a smaller goal dress because I'm just about halfway to goal now.  I have a lot more weight to lose but I know that I will be able to lose it all with Nutrisystem.  I am so happy that I started this weight loss journey and I am looking forward to completing it and then maintaining it for the rest of my life.
