Leslie Sansone's 7-Day Calorie Blast DVD to review. I have had this DVD for a few months now. I have done each workout several times to get a good feel for each one. I really love this DVD. I love that it has a variety of workouts. For me the key to staying motivated is constantly doing new things and trying something different each and every day.
Certified instructor description: A different workout for
each day of the week — seven complete programs. Two are pure toning;
five are classic walking-style cardio. The aerobic workouts are all
super-easy-to-follow. Leslie uses basic steps that anyone can do in
their living room — just simple marches, kicks and knee-ups. The moves
are consistent, but each program does focus on a specific goal (e.g.
stress relief, weight loss, heart health). The two body-sculpting
programs begin with walking warm-ups. The upper-body series features
classic dumbbell toning done in a seated position. The lower-body
workout shapes your legs and buttocks with varied floorwork exercises.

I enjoy each workout. I even do the evening mile on mornings when I am trying to relax. I know it's to unwind but it works for me in the morning because I do all my exercise early in the morning before I head off for work.
